No deposit will be required. When you make a booking with us, our booking software will ask for your credit card information. However, there will be no upfront charge or deposit necessary. The booking software only charges 20% for no-show bookings.

All of our Virtual Reality Escape Room Experiences will require a minimum of 2 players to get started. And the experience can have up to 6 people playing together. We never had a single group that can’t solve anything. The experiences are designed with clues that help you escape. In the end, it’s not only about escaping the room, but also the fun that you have with others as well as experiencing the escape room on a whole new level.

No, there isn’t an age requirement. However, we require one adult to be in the room with kids that are under 12 years old. That one adult will receive a 10% discount when checking out.

We don’t have an age requirement. Our VR hardware is designed best for 13 years old or older, regarding comfort and safety. However, we have a variety of Games and Experiences for all ages. Players 17 and under must have their parents sign the Liability Waiver Form.

Please arrive a little before your booking slot to have a full game playtime. Your late arrival might shorten your playtime at RezBlue Arena. Your booking will be canceled after 15 minutes late without communication. If you arrive a little late, we’ll try to make up your playtime if there are no other groups coming after your game session. If your games don’t get started on time due to our schedule running behind, RezBlue Arena will make up the time for your full game experience.

Absolutely! We have more than 50 game options in VR Arcade, 6 VR Escape Rooms, and more than 15 themes of VR Laser Tag. With a variety of game genres and difficulties, we definitely have something for everyone. Shooting a bow and arrow at an invading orc, dodging fire from enemy robots, shining a flashlight down a mysterious corridor, walking on a plank off the edge of a skyscraper…these experiences will definitely take you to a different reality.

At the moment, we only serve snacks and soft drinks and you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. You just have to sign the liability waiver form and make sure that read and comply with our terms and services at the arena. We’ll be serving pizzas and beer in the near future.

Yes, you can play VR with your glasses. Some glasses will fit in the headsets, but larger frames will not. It would be best if you wear contact lenses.

You can reschedule your time up to 24 hours out at no charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment incurs a 50% charge. If you cancel, we, unfortunately, do not issue refunds.

Our Virtual Reality Laser Tag Experience will require a minimum of 2 players to get started. The game can have up to 6 players at a time. Play Packages don’t come with party time and party room for your group. The Party packages give you 0.5 hours at the end to have the party activities, like cutting cakes, eating pizzas, or opening presents.

In the Play Package, we charge based on the number of game headsets and the amount of time that your party is going to play. E.g. if you are going to use 8 game headsets for 8 people, playing for 1 hour, that is equivalent to the 8-hour, Bronze Package – Play Package ($219). The same package can also be used for 4 people playing for 2 hours straight or 1 hour in 2 different visits. Check out our packages here.

The number of game headsets is basically the number of people that can play the game at the same time. Most of the time, the parties book the number of gaming headsets based on the number of participants. For example, if you have 8 participants, you book 8 gaming headsets (Silver package). However, you can have 10 participants while booking just 8 gaming headsets. That means that you pay for 8 gaming headsets and have 8 people playing the game at a time. The participants can take turns playing the game.

Party packages come with 1.5 hrs of playtime + 0.5 hrs of party time. If you would like to book 10+ game stations, $20 per game station will be added toward the Diamond Package.

If you book a minimum of 12 headsets, that is considered a private party. We are not going to take any walk-ins or bookings while you’re group is here to make sure that we provide you with a great experience.

The number of guests should not exceed the number of game stations that your party/event reserved. E.g. if you book 6 game headsets, you can bring up to 6 guests while having the 6 players playing.

If you book a minimum of 12 game headsets, all other headsets are closed for your private party/event. You are welcome to bring as many guests as you would like.

With large people parties/groups, you might want to book the whole facility by booking a minimum of 12 gaming stations. Yes, you can. It’s up to you to decide whether to go with single-player games or multiplayer games. Your group can play the same games or different games. And again, you can change games as often as you would like to.
