Can I have my parties and events/field trip/corporate event at RezBlue Arena?

What is the difference between Play Package and Party Package?

Play Packages don’t come with party time. The Party packages come with party time.

In the Play Package, we charge based on the number of game stations and the amount of time that your party is going to play. E.g. if you are going to use 6 game stations for 8 people, playing for 1 hour, that is equivalent to the 8 hrs, Bronze Package – Play Package ($219). The same package can also be used for 4 people playing for 2 hours straight. Check out our packages here.

How do the game headsets work in the Party Packages?

The number of game stations (VR sets) is basically the number of people that can play the game at the same time. Most of the time, the parties book the number of gaming stations based on the number of participants. For example, if you have 8 participants, you book 8 gaming stations (Silver package). However, you can have 10 participants while booking just 8 gaming stations. That means that you pay for 8 gaming stations and have 8 people playing the game at a time. The participants can take turns playing the game.

Party packages come with 1.5 hrs of playtime + 0.5 hrs of party time. If you would like to book 12+ game stations, $20 per game station will be added toward the Diamond Package.

How many guests are allowed for parties and events?

The number of guests should not exceed the number of game stations that your party/event reserved. E.g. if you book 6 game stations, you can bring up to 6 guests while having the 6 players playing. If you book a minimum of 12 game stations, all other stations are closed for your private party/event. You are welcome to bring as many guests as you would like.

Are outside food and drink allowed?

Yes, outside food and drink, including alcohol (BYOB), are welcome. Just please make sure to have everyone at the party fill in our liability waiver form. RezBlue Arena currently offers snacks and soft drinks. However, you’re not required to purchase from us.

Can we have parties for more than 2 hrs?

Yes. For more than 2 hrs, $20/game headset/hour will be added to the diamond package (12 game stations). Please help us fill in the inquiry with detail and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

For 10+ participants-parties…

With large people parties/groups, you might want to book the whole facility by booking a minimum of 12 gaming stations. After that, all you need to figure out is the game activities that you would like to book for the group. For game recommendations, please fill in the inquiry to speak with our staff members.
